This place is an icebox. It is too cold in there to sit and eat your bagel let alone do any studying. And the metal chairs just top off the cold. When asking the staff about it they gave the oh we can't change the thermostat answer.... We decided to sit at a table just outside the door because at least there it was warm enough to think. Then the internet wasn't working and there was "nothing they could do to fix it." Never coming here again. If you are looking for drive thru, this might be fine, but don't come here if looking to sit and enjoy your coffee. It will be ice cold before you can finish it.

I do love me some Tim's. This one is a good one. Some can be hit and miss, but i've always been happy coming here. Good coffee, lots of flavors, great breakfast sandwiches. What more could anyone ask for, except good prices and they have those too. Pass by the 'bucks and get with Tim.

I've run into the rudest workers at this location, I've had workers be outright and intentionally snarky. Their food is standard for Tim Hortons, but they have a knack for messing up orders and giving you what you specifically asked them not to include. It's almost as if they do it intentionally, though based on the attitudes I've run into I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

This Tim Hortons can't get anything right. They consistently get my bagel sandwich wrong, whether it's on the wrong bagel. Sometimes they randomly give me egg white only. Another time there was no bacon on my bacon egg and cheese bagel (almost criminal if you ask me). Because they are so close to my house I keep giving them another shot. The last 3 mornings I have only ordered a coffee in an attempt to simplify things. Black with 3 sugars, seems simple enough. Day 1 I got cream with no sugar. Day two(yesterday) I got cream with 3 sugars. Today I checked before I drove away, it was cream with no sugar. I sent it back and asked again for black with 3 sugars. They returned with what I assumed (my mistake) was the correct order. Nope not quite... got a black coffee with no sugar. One would be better served just driving up to the window and asking what they want you to eat and drink today because they just hand out whatever they have on hand. The bottom line is that a coffee shop that can't take a coffee order is not of much use. From this point forward I will be stopping at the Tim Hortons further down Gratiot because they have never gotten my order wrong. If you enjoy getting what you order I suggest stopping at any of the other local Tim Hortons before stopping here. Let's put it this way, I joined Yelp specifically to warn people how crappy this location is.

I have stopped in here a couple of times. Great muffins, as always. Good selection of coffee and hot teas.
